What are you made of?

Understanding your body composition is important for selecting your appropriate, actionable steps to change (or not). This information is valuable whether your are an athlete, weekend warrior, stay-at-home mom, or just want to understand your body better.

Body composition means more than just your weight. For this reason we utilize a specialized unit called the InBody 570. In about a minute, this unit collects and tracks your body water (intracellular and extracellular), lean body mass, dry lean mass, body fat mass, and weight. Further it can break down where these components are located to provide deeper insights, which will be reviewed after your scan.
